Over the years and now the community sector involvement in service provisions has become a crucial. These projects have achieved that by carving out a unique space in civic society that is neither public nor private. It avoids compromise, non-profit driven and embraces the flexibility difficult in the public sector, and being there for the community's real needs. It is an essentially important for Nigeria and that necessitate the founding of Happy Days Foundation (HDFN)a requisite partner for total economic and social development of our cities and nation.
